At Kowazon, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel an order and the potential consequences.
Order Cancellation Timeframes
Before Order Preparation: If you cancel your order before the Seller/Vendor/Partner has begun preparing it, you are generally eligible for a full refund.
During Order Preparation: If you cancel your order while the Seller/Vendor/Partner is preparing it, you may be charged a partial or full cancellation fee, depending on the Vendor's policy and how far along the order is.
After Order Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, it usually cannot be canceled.
How to Cancel an Order
Kowazon App: Go to your order history in the Kowazon app. Locate the order you wish to cancel and select the "Cancel Order" option, if available.
Contact Seller/Vendor/Partner: If the cancellation option is not available in the app, contact the Vendor directly using the contact information provided in the app.
Contact Kowazon Support: If you cannot reach the Seller/Vendor/Partner or the issue is unresolved, contact Kowazon Customer Support for assistance.

Item Unavailability: If the Seller/Vendor/Partner is unable to fulfill your order due to item unavailability, they will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Quality Issues: If you receive an order with incorrect, damaged, or defective items, refer to the Kowazon Refund Policy.

Kowazon may update this Order Cancellation Policy. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email.
