Kowazon Customer Refund Policy

At Kowazon, we strive for customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an order, this Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact Kowazon Customer Support immediately (within 24 hours of receipt). Provide photos or other evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including Order ID number and shipping costs.

  • Missing Items: If your order contains missing items, please contact Kowazon Customer Support immediately. We will investigate and, if verified, either ship the missing items or issue a refund.

  • Delivery Issues: If your order fails to arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact Kowazon Customer Support. We will investigate and work with the Vendor to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

  • Vendor-Specific Policies: Individual Vendors may have their own refund policies. Please refer to the Vendor's information on the Kowazon app for details. Kowazon will assist in facilitating dispute resolution between you and the Vendor.

Refund Process

  1. Provide your order number, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.

  2. Review and Approval: Kowazon will review your request and may contact you for additional information. If your request is approved, we will process the refund.

  3. Refund Method: Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. If this is not possible, we may offer Kowazon Wallet credit or an alternative payment method in agreement with you.

  4. Processing Time: Refunds typically take minutes, hours, or days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • Perishable Goods: Refunds for perishable goods (e.g., groceries, fresh produce or food etc.) may be restricted due to their nature.
  • Change of Mind: Kowazon does not offer refunds for simple changes of mind.
  • Abuse of Policy: Kowazon reserves the right to deny refunds if there is a pattern of abuse of this Policy.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
