Kowazon Order Shipping Policy

This policy outlines Kowazon's shipping practices, including shipping methods, costs, delivery timeframes, and other important information for customers.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered by Kowazon riders and partner logistics companies.
  • Express Delivery: If available, express delivery offers faster delivery times for an additional fee. Timeframes will be specified during checkout.
  • Pickup: Some Vendors may offer the option for you to pick up your order directly from their location.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on:
    • Delivery distance: The distance from the Vendor to your delivery address.
    • Order size and weight: Larger or heavier orders may incur higher shipping costs.
    • Vendor-Specific Fees: Individual Vendors may have additional shipping charges.
  • Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you finalize your order.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated Delivery Time: An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided during checkout and within your order confirmation.
  • Factors Affecting Delivery: Delivery times may be affected by factors such as:
    • Vendor preparation time
    • Traffic conditions
    • Weather events
  • Real-Time Tracking (If available): The Kowazon app may offer real-time tracking for you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Address

  • Accuracy: Ensure your delivery address is correct and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
  • Address Changes: Contact Kowazon Customer Support immediately if you need to change your delivery address after placing an order. Note that address changes may not always be possible.

Failed Deliveries

  • Reattempts: Kowazon or the logistics partner may attempt to redeliver your order if the initial delivery is unsuccessful.
  • Return to Vendor: If multiple delivery attempts fail, your order may be returned to the Vendor. You may incur additional fees or lose the eligibility for a refund.

Kowazon may update this Order Shipping Policy periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or email.
